Lol id recommend you read up on legal proceedings.  What will happen, even if someone takes the case for him is that they massive company will tie them up unti lthey settle or go broke.  Happens all the time.  Also if the little guy loses, he has to pay millions in lawyer fees for them.  No one would touch this case.

Its all about the right game to make you want to live in there imo.  For me its Flight sim.  I come home from work and just want to fly in vr. 

Not really man.  Im with you.  I dont like to stand to play games but there are a bunch that you can sit and play just fine.  Also most games you can turn that jump movement off and do normal movement.  It makes some people sick though.  Not I. There is a pretty decent list of must play vr games these days imo.  I suppose it depends on what you like to play though.  I can list probably 8 or 10 that would have instantly sold me a headset, had I not already owned one.

What all the other people say but also, dont worry about it.  90% of the games I play dont use those controllers regardless.

Theres a bunch of really excellent ones across several genres that only a few mins inside of, would have sold me a unit.   I do own one but I had never tried it when I bought it.  Pretty amazing.

5 million units is pretty mainstream for a pretty niche product though. I also dont think the $ is too high for most of the units. I think the 4-500 range is pretty acceptable in the land of 1k+ for phones these days. Imo its the lack of display units (also covid makes this not possible atm), for people to try.

See for me it really doesnt matter.  I generally play sit down games in vr so i dont even notice the cord.  That being said, I have played standing games and have been tangled :)
