Grr wasnt going to buy as I was an early adopter of a RTX 2080 and it was costly.  Ive been pleased with it though.  Probably gonna have to drop the $ on the 3080.  :(  + :)

Apple isnt read for this/any fight.  They walk into court, the lawyer hands over the contract copies to the judge.  The case is summarily dismissed.  Apple counter sues for loss of projected income.  That is exactly how this will play out.  Ill bet my life.

Sure they will.  You underestimate the fact that these kids also probably have 4-5 other devices that they can play the game on.  The phone is moot. 

You are confused.  They can go back to abiding by the contacts and the game would be relisted.  They doubled down and lost.

Can they prove that though?  On the platforms they get tons of stuff for the 30% cut they agree to.  Without much of those services many companies wont sell 1% of what they would on these stores.

This wont actually affect consumers in any way.  $ will remain the same for us.  Its just who gets what cut.
