Nope you are correct. Apple doesnt have any part of the definition of a monopoly here nor legally speaking.

It does though.  This will never see a court.  The counter lawsuit will though.

Nah see Epic broke the contract so when their case gets tossed from court having no legal grounds Apple will most likely counter sue for the lost revenue.

Breaking their contracts does not make them the good guy.  It makes them a shady company trying to get out of agreements they already made.

Winning this case would in fact benefit players, indie developers, and yes, the heads of a big billionaire company, all of whom are different kinds of people with different kinds of beliefs, lifestyles, and needs

Gonna be a short game or demo?

Yeah but there wasnt even actual war as we know it. It was called the cold war for exactly that reason. The was very minimal actual fighting.

?? So millions of people are going to buy a game, and play it, about a war, that didnt actually involve an actual war. No actual war combat as most know it. Im sure there was secret incursion/black ops stuff htat went on with both sides buts the cold war was called such because there was no fighting. Are people this

lol And half the country is begging for that sort of control to come here.  The irony.

Yeah and you all laugh.  Just like Obama laughed at Romney when he said Russia was our problem. Live on tv he mocked Romney.  Now its been years of Russia, Russia, Russia, by the dems.  Where were ya with ya boi Obama?

Bahaha.. Give it a few more days and itll be widely available in any country for illegal download, like nearly every other game ever put out. Its already listed as coming soon on the piracy sites.  The game is fan f’ing tastic so far.  Im having a blast.  Nothing better than the game pass.

Not counting consoles but its almost like on pc ANY of these devs could setup a dl server or private torrent, and host the software themselves.   Take payments on your website, and then email the key for the product and download link upon payment.  Who is forcing these devs to list with any of these companies.  Oh

No its industry standard.  IMO gaming not raising their prices (and they really cant all that much) has been the problem.  a 50 dollar game on atari would be something like 500 bucks plus with inflation today, but you cant sell games at 500 a pop.  A 30% cut is nothing.  It would cost them much much more to produce

Its funny too. 30% is nothing. Take something other than software and software design. If you paid 100 bucks for it. It most likely cost 2-3% of that to produce. If you dont own the next several steps, you only get to charge about 5-7% more than your cost . Then it was packaged, shipped, placed in a store or

But as you say its their environment.  Their product.  They dont have a monopoly in any stretch of the definition though.  There are several other tablet manufacturers that use other front ends/stores/software.  The game is also available on all consoles, and pc.  Apple doesnt have to let any product they dont want on

lose in court?  Nah it wont even actually make it to a real courtroom.  Apple has no definition of a monopoly here, and Epic signed contracts agreeing to all of it.

Apple didnt break the contract, Epic did.  Then they got removed.  They said to stop taking 30%.  Apple said we got contracts.  Epic said we aint paying.  Apple said no problem and took down the games.  Epic tried to sue.  Itll get tossed on no grounds.

They already agreed on the 30% cut. They have contracts. This is how this particular request plays out. The judge will allow the games to not be blocked, but Epic will have to pay the 30% cut. I dont even see this going to court. Itll get tossed by a judge. Apple doesnt have any definition of a monopoly and will

Ill bite.  If you want to install the entire thing, its 2 PB of data.  I hope you have about 1000 extra hdd’s and no datacap.

So disable avast or create an exception.  Also what pirated version are you trying to install?
