What are the rules around employers and tips? I ask because I know a guy who owns a bar and they pool tips. And when he works the bar for 8 hours, maybe having one or two other bartenders/backstaff, he partakes from the tip pool.

And yet there are unarguable facts which prove more whites are killed by cops every year, than any other group. Don’t cherry pick data, it’s too easy for both sides to do it.
