I highly suggest adding DrasticDS to your list of emulators, since it plays DS games at full speed. Even on mediocre/older model android handsets. I was sad when my DS broke, but was happy when I could upload my save files to my computer and continue them.

Well that sucks, me and a couple of my friends can play with steam offline with no quirks... I guess we are just lucky.
What version is your steam? They fixed that 2-3 years ago I believe. I don't even need to be online to play my steam games, and I've played them for more than a month without internet access.
The vita sales in Japan isn't as low as it is in the US.

CJ Frosts support Madlife = is thanked by every living person watching him/playing with him. Even the hosts of OGN and Riot keep saying "WOW! What the hell was that? How did he land that? I feel like I see something new every time I watch Madlife play."
YESSSS!! :) I already sold my PSP, so this coming to PC is just awesome... One of the best cliffhangers in any game ever. When I played the first game, and got to the end I was like, wow there's more to the game, I was really sad when I saw it was to be continued. :((

I'm liking this, if they can manage to pull it off. This might re-shape MMOs, and it's a direction I'm liking... Here's to hoping that even capitals/towns can be taken down after being besieged.
actually, if you have no internet connection, steam will prompt you to play in offline mode. I can greatly attest to this.
