I’d be very surprised if fleet sales drive the numbers. I would bet there are far more retail sales of F-150's versus those going to construction/fleet buyers.

90% of the trucks I see on the road are being used as 4 door sedans. As long as they can mount some tough looking mall-grade brush guard and maybe some running boards to it they’ll be fine.

The electric F-150 will obviously have some advantages over the Rivian, mostly due to Ford’s 100+ years of building vehicles. Dealership networks, manufacturing know how, etc...
