Well they had to leave things open for the movies. I think it gave most of the audience thematic sense of closure and I don't hate it.

I love that episode, yeah it has a dark edge but that's what makes it good. Plus it has Darin Morgan the guest star!

I disagree each and every one of the clip shows SG-1 did was worse than this.

I mean i know it was a new show and all but why didn't somebody tell them to knock this shit off. Like the cast should have banded together, sat the writer down all looked sadly at him and simply said "no."
