I lost my wife, who was only 36, earlier this month and losing someone so young, unexpectedly, just doesn’t feel real. It feels like she is just out of town and will come walking through the door any moment. The sadness that comes when you realize that will never happen can be incredibly overwhelming.

If you recline more than half way during daylight hours you are a monster. I actually pack so I can put my hand luggage under the seat in front of me to keep it handy (I knit during long flights), and if someone reclines all the way I can’t get to my stuff without banging the seat.

Which usually gets me screamed at,

It’s not the job of the show to provide accurate sex-ed. This show is taken from the POV of children who are figuring this shit out and have no idea what’s real or rumor or fake. I’m certainly not going to fault them for showing a young character who is describing her own sexuality in a way that doesn’t perfectly

So...we are mad because a show about middle schoolers coming into their sexuality had a 13-year-old not perfectly explaining what pansexual means? Are you kidding me?

Legitimately seems like Ogletree was giving up, and Peppers was trying to push him to go. Maybe the hamstring injury happened during the run?

You will still grieve, but you can grieve with a new cat. I’m not saying you need to go out tomorrow and adopt, but I’ve know people who have gone three years because they still felt guilty about ‘betraying’ the old pet when a new one would have done them a world of good - especially when they’re without a family,

Awww, poor Quimby. But I’m glad you saved her from ending in agony, surrounded by family instead. I cried more when my cat of 13 years died than I have for any person (my father’s hit me harder overall, but he wouldn’t have wanted me to so I didn’t - much).

Seriously with this title? Come the fuck on you guys. Do better. Do you actually believe Netflix said to Old Navy “hey go find some white employees to have in the background” of Queer Eye?

Yeah, I totally expected it to contain a finger pointing at local management but there wasn’t any blaming of anybody in there.

I didn’t read Old Navy’s response as blaming it on their employees as much as it’s a denial of the accusations at all.

Because if you are a bad player you should be beaten by a good player. This shouldn't be a controversial take.

Scuse me while I roll my eyes back around to the front of my head. I can’t believe what I’m reading on a car enthusiast blog.

Even all round drum brakes on the shittiest, most cheapest car from the 70's can overcome tire grip, that’s not the point of big brakes, it’s so they’re more dependable when driving sportily, i know i’d much rather have all the heat and gasses that accumulate from driving fast distribute evenly on some 13 inch rotors

Kudos for finding comparison cars in the same color.

Yup, just look at that base-level POS:

To some degree, brakes can limit how small the wheels can be on a modern car. Especially those of the high-performance sort. I can’t run anything smaller that 18" up front on my car (with OEM brakes) and that means my sidewalls are going to stay pretty thin if I want to maintain overall diameter.

I’ve driven a 911 with stock 20" wheels for a few years through LA, over numerous potholes and never experienced a problem. Before that it was an AMG with 20" standard wheels, never a problem.

The problem is that any actual sidewall makes a car look cheap now, so people will keep choosing the big wheels.

Nah. If you behave like a piece of shit, and I call you a piece of shit, I am not insulting your human dignity—I’m calling you a piece of shit for behaving like one.

If I send you a photograph of my dick—or make suggestive, graphic comments about what I want to do to your various orifices—I am treating you like an

That isn’t low-hanging fruit. This is:
