I like the show, but feel like it’s pretty overhyped. The dialogue and casting isn’t any better than most the sci-fi shows out there and even lags behind some.

She’s not skinny (Bobbi), but I can’t see a lick of muscle tone. Having a fair amount of soft mass does not equate to muscle in my mind. Maybe there’s muscle under there, but 9 times out of 10, there isn’t.

They all train at 1g and are supposed to be badasses, so even if not Amos types, at least some sort of muscle definition...

I like The Expanse, but is it just me or is some of the casting just terrible? And some of the dialogue makes me roll my eyes. Like the dialogue where the gravel voice lady is supposed to be a badass just comes off as smug and cringey. Holden also seems smug and emo pretty often. And he looks like Jay Baruchel. But…
