Not defensive at all - I have nothing to be defensive about. I was just reading between the lines for the real answer on why you had such a strong stance.

Nope. Just had a little curiosity earlier. As I said before, never cheated or been cheated on.
Excited? No. Just curious why you had such a strong stance. But thanks for clearing it up. I now understand the answer is a simple one: insecurities.
It’s just a numbers game. If someone finds “tons” of other people hot, it’s because there are tons^100 people in the world. Walk your grumpy self into a gym or a popular bar. Are you the hottest person there? No. Your significant other probably realizes this, too, and finds at least one person other than you bang-able…
You bring up good points, but to be a devil’s advocate here, maybe nearly losing the person they love over a fling could scare somebody straight? I dunno. I haven’t been on either side of this equation, so I can’t speak from experience, but I imagine there are a few cheaters who never cheated again, although I’d bet…
Eh...
I wouldn’t recommend the Galaxy series if you’re going to move over. If you’ve been living with the Apple storage limitations then I think you’d be safe moving to the Nexus phones. Personally, I love that I can drag and drop a ton of media - over a generic USB cord - onto an SD card on my phones so I stick with…
Haha, but what you aren’t thinking about is that the guys hitting on them aren’t like us. There are some dudebros at my gym that will hit on every new girl that walks in there and it is totally cringe worthy. 19/20 times the girls want no part of it (but are frequently too nice to ignore them), but 1/20 times the girl…
I obviously meant for the proper use - a very quick break. Not for reserving more than one station at a time.
That’s really annoying and pretty messed up, especially when it is busy. With everything, it can be done a right way and a wrong way. If someone wants to grab a quick drink I think the towel is a great way to avoid confusion/awkward confrontation.
It can obviously be abused if people claim several stations or take long breaks, but let me illustrate with this example:
Yeah, I thought about listing military press. I see that and it’s annoying, too, but if the gym doesn’t have a military press station then I sort of get it (although I’ll just do mine with dumbbells to avoid being that guy). Another annoyance would be shrugs or those behind the back wrist curls. Seen those on the…
How do you figure? If you are on a bench station or squat or whatever and you are in between sets, the difference between you standing there or getting a quick drink makes zero difference to me. I just ask that you leave something there while you grab that drink so I don’t assume it is available for use.
I’d also like to add that you need to bring a towel, not just to keep your sweat off of things, but to lay claim to your station. If the squat rack has no signs of occupation (towel, keys, nalgene) then I’m setting up shop. I’m not waiting around to see if someone left for a minute to go to the water fountain.
many weightlifting enthusiasts poo-poo on bicep curls in the squat rack, but I’ve yet to actually witness this happen myself.
My procrastination has paid off! I’ve now entered off-peak renewal season. Yay.
While it does play a part, I don’t think it was a necessary inclusion. Most home devices will work with any device and almost all will work with both Apple and Android.
I didn’t mean to hide my cards. I recognize there are a few iPhone owners who have done research and still own iPhones anyway, but the vast majority have not.
Excellent read. As more of an apple hater* than an android fanboy, I’ve always acknowledged that competition makes both sides better. I’ve owned Windows and Blackberry phones and jump ship from android phone manufacturers all the time. I still think Windows RT was the best tablet OS created for people looking for…
