It was all about the characters. It had a great likable cast. In many ways they felt more whimsical like the original Star Trek and not the always by the book TNG cast. Janeway even admired Kirk playing fast and loose with the Prime Directive.

Don't buy Dragon's Crown, it's coming to PS+. That being said I own it on Vita AND PS3 for less than the cost of either by themselves thanks to the Moneysaver.

The book is absolutely fantastic. Its almost like King points out the End Game of Reality TV 25 years before it even became a genre. 3 of the 4 books in the Bachman Anthology are amazing reads.

Just picked up Call of Juarez Gunslinger for $3.75. Now that's a steal!
