If he’s a spy, he’s the least competent one in the history of spying. A government is going to have no trouble at all ginning up fake documents (or more likely, real ones) good enough to get you through the air travel system, and buy you a ticket.

I dunno, when she incredulously second-guessed herself with the “Am I winning this argument” was pretty spot on.

Harris has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and a few other gun charges, The Banner reports. Because he’s under 21 years old, he cannot legally own a handgun.

Shutting off power to a plane in mid-air sure sounds like intent to me. What did he “intend” to do by shutting off power to a plane mid-flight? Because last time I checked, you usually don’t land with your engines off.

They also said he had taken “a small amount of psilocybin,” which is found in mushrooms, two days prior to the flight.

I mean, trying to shut off the engines of a plane with the fire suppression system while flying sure sounds like attempted murder to me.

Her prime? I’m not saying she’s not still relevant, but let’s be real, her prime was 2003. Right now she’s Madonna in her “Music” album era.

The increase in traffic deaths these past dozen years or so, is not because everyone is suddenly speeding. What has changed in the last dozen years? Everyone is texting and staring at their phones. That is what is causing all these accidents.

No way in hell I’m letting someone put a device on my car that restricts its speed/acceleration. I don’t condone reckless speeding in traffic, but I do enjoy taking my car and motorcycle out on a empty country road and having some fun. This is still a car enthusiast blog, right? Seams like the last few years it’s been

in questions like this its always important to look at the teammate

Jalopnik, knowing that today’s kids love to dump all over Boomers, and that anythign about dumb ‘ol Boomers gets clicks, found a way to publish this story on a car enthusiast site becuase it involves a stop sign.

Are you being serious with this title and this comment?

(Article is on this car enthusiast site becuase a Rolls Royce is mentioned in the story...)

very anti-French”

so over 25% of the GM UAW members didn’t even vote? lol if they can’t be bothered to vote on their own well-being and careers, how is GM supposed to take them seriously?

Teachers, government employees and ton of other people. Pretty much anyone that has some sort of retirement and is invested in any mutual fund/target day fund or whatever else most likely is to some extent.

By indirectly I mean people who hold funds run by those institutions. For example, Vanguard is a huge holder of GM stock. GM stock is held in all three of the US’s largest stock funds.

I understand your sentiment in this post, but there can (and should) be a balance between a company offering dividends and stock growth, and paying their employees fairly. There are millions of normal middle class Americans who are indirectly investors in GM who benefit from the growth and dividends.

A lot of Jalopnick readers actaulyl like racing, and would appreciate some coverage of you know, build-up and stuff...I can think of a million things to write about—what’s invovled in designing and building a track, pit garage, circuit features/overtake zones, car setup...locations for the best views.

Again, show me an F1 bridge that doesn’t have views obscured, and I’ll show you Yas Marina, but that’s about it.
