Ah, so politics as usual and nothing at all to do with altruism...  SHOCKED

Yeah, that last paragraph and line, LOL

1st: Gee, it’s almost as if Congress is supposed to have a role...
I am still disappointed with this...” ah well, disappointment is a part of life.  I’m disappointed with Jalopnik nearly every day.

There’s a lot of truth to this, and there’s also downright regular old denial in his response. “Let me be clear. That never happened”...
I think trying to find the difference in this and any other sort of traditional denial is more like trying to find the difference between pantone red 032 C and red 032 M.

Here’s looking at you Health Professionals and Allied Employees of NJ, NY State United Teachers, etc...

This would be a perfect reason to turn more of our efforts elsewhere. There’s plenty of unvaccinated world out there eager to get it where our remaining population seems so unwilling. Win for the world, win for the US.

I’m tired of hearing this as an excuse to not get vaccinated, and I’m more tired of everyone saying the distinction is meaningless and failing to logically extend the pressure to the FDA to get an approval out. It can’t be meaningless and simultaneously take a lot more review of a lot more data to get full approval.

And, I’ll just leave this here...

Presumably they’ll at least primary him and in a few years everyone can pretend like this won’t happen again.

“on November 16, 2020, the Governor hugged Executive Assistant #1 and then reached under her blouse and grabbed her breast” continuing “On multiple occasions in 2019 and 2020, the Governor engaged in close and intimate hugs with Executive Assistant #1 during which he, on occasion, grabbed her butt.”

They all did.  There’s no way this didn’t enter the mind of everyone in those meetings.

Dang, Bradley coming in throwing truth bombs! Good stuff!

I’m the guy that came by 3 1/2 yrs later to comment on a movie I’ve already seen plenty of times.  But, this movie is pretty darn good.  It always catches me at the end when they meet again outside the house.  Fun movie, very watchable, great cast.

From Grand Prix to Archer, Jessica Walter is stone cold.

lol this.  For some reason I found myself reading two articles about this movie over the past couple weeks and neither made mention of her.  But I did read this now...

Zero gas stations require a 40 min (or more) stop to refill.

1000% this.

Person says “buy a simple vegetable”, turned into “hyper consumerist lifestyle”...

“I know that sounds like a shitpost designed to get people fired up, but I want you to hear me out before you jump to the comments to tell me I’m foolish.”
Slightly surprised at how you actually clawed that back.
I’d disagree with a good bit of this, but it was presented thoughtfully so I’m not going to dive in.
I’d only

Good post.
Philly isn’t going anywhere, and you can always explore it whenever you like.  And if you never feel like doing that, that’d be just fine too.
