Agree with that except Merc finishing anywhere south of 2nd in the constructors. Lol no way is anything like that happening.

He didn’t go over to check on him, he went over to give him a piece of his mind.
Bingo
Sure, I’d take that (slotting closer to Austin), but as you said, towards hurricane season.
I enjoyed this thoroughly as well. Though it was interesting to see Russell go full Aston Martin “It’s because I’m me!” when there was only one car that lost control and slammed into the car in front of it, and it sure wasn’t the #77. The race was sure better for it but perhaps if you’re Russell it was a poor decision…
Obviously work isn’t busy today.
So I’ll drop this to try and bring some cheer to this downtrodden thread:
This.
Hopefully getting a hotel will be a nightmare because that would indicate it’s been a popular event, but it’s 9 miles from the beach and about the same distance to downtown Miami as downtown Austin is to COTA.
I’d also add, if you want F1 to succeed in the US (and I do along with many of you), this year seems to be shaping up as one of the best ones to buy some tickets and head over to Austin.

It’s just negotiations. Try not to lose your stuff over it.
Can’t wait ‘till they cancel the school and Bronco’s get stuck on the Class 4's anyway.
Whatever floats your boat.
I’m just over this “Texas wants people to die” and “Florida is a backwater hell hole that hates SCIENCE” nonsense everyone’s desperate to push. Florida and California are pretty similar at this point (regarding COVID outcome) even though one had comparatively restrictive lockdowns and the…
4th gear: What, nothing on our maybe 10 yrs out 21,000 mph commercial flights or 500 mph trains?
It’s been a month since Texas lifted their mask mandate, the 7 day average for new infections and deaths is lower now than when the announcement was made.
Florida is a cataclysmic failure = Gretchen trying to make “fetch” happen
But we all know there will likely be a clear favorite after the first race in 2022, the teams will probably be spread further apart on pace for at least Sat (assuming passing is actually easier on Sun), they’ll slowly converge until the new power units are introduced and then we’ll do this all over again. Most of this…
