Goldie will survive this. When Jane Fonda made her film comeback after her 15 year hiatus, it was in the very mediocre Monster-in-Law (also featuring Wanda Sykes, who stole what there was of that film). Jane’s been working ever since; no harm done.

it’s never a good sign when a comedy’s trailer is full of jokes that don’t elicit a single laugh.
I feel like I’ve been hearing about it for so long that they’ve had enough time to write, shoot, edit and promote a 6 hour miniseries for the damn thing.
Red Nose Day projects are almost always short fun things.
This was the GoT/Coldplay musical from last year. 12 minutes or so.
I’m not sure you fully comprehend the differences in the way British people and Americans see this movie.
Laura Linney not being able to bang that hot dude was one of the most disappointing film scenes I’ve ever watched. If she doesn’t get some action I will be devastated.
There won’t be any Alan Rickman because..... :-( :-(
Okay, I’m stupid excited about this. It looks fun, and charming, and it has my man Chiwetel Ejiofor. And I’m loving Hugh Grant’s LifeAlert realness!
1. Yes there are many stupid people
The point of sending them to brands is so when those brands contract with other celebrities to promote their items in the future, they make sure the celebrities follow FTC regulations. The brands are just as culpable; they often write the full caption that appears beneath a post and send it to the celebrity to…
The way she had to dig the razor deeper into her first arm the second time because she didn’t make it deep enough and then had to keep going and move to her next arm before she lost consciousness? And then her family finding her lifeless body? Peaceful...
I watched it and honestly, thought it was so ugly and painful that I literally had to hold my hand over my eyes to cover the screen until the scene ended. It was not pretty, it was not glamorous and I honestly think that no matter how it was shown, some people would always find some fault in its portrayal.
I also don’t think it was terribly romanticized. The shuddering and the heavy breathing. Ugh. But the reaction of the parents...man.
I watched the series, and I didn’t see one ounce of glamorizing that a lot of backlash was for. What I saw was beyond ugly and profoundly scarring. What was worst is the next scene where her mom finds her. The silence that emits out of her upon first glance at her daughter’s body was deafening to me. It was the…
Not when you see her parents trying to drag her dead body out of the water it isn’t.
That’s a funny show full of funny people, but I think the concept works less and less the further from the bunker she gets.
I’m gonna guess that the writer’s on this show couldn’t think of a tagline that didn’t center on her being black, so they just chose to leave it blank.
No, they can’t. There are federal rules about voting in reality shows with a cash prize. You can’t re-shoot a voting scene. Cut everything out before the vote and the rumors will get out. This way zeke had as much control over the narrative as was possible after being outed.
in Zeke’s essay he explains how him and varner connected personally and started sharing stories about varner being gay and growing up, etc etc. I’m sure with the personal trust built up it was during their deep convos.
...Wait....CHILD PORN?
