I rarely come across any fetishes I don't already know about, but it's always a delight when I do. This is one of those rare times! Whee!

@TatianaTheAnonymousModel: \o/ variation in body types, even if the variation is only in one area, as per your description. If a model is a 3D canvas, it's nice to see designers using different ones to mold their creation.
I can't speak to whether they nom'ed or not, but I did notice one model at the Givenchy show was amazingly busty for high fashion:
That was supposed to be offensive? I feel so letdown I may just have to go read some Deadspin comments to fill the void.
I've always wondered why she quit skating so completely when there are still opportunities for her in the sport. Now I'm happy and relieved to hear it was to get healthy.
Sarah Palin is not just not running for reelection for governor, she's resigning as governor. I don't know why the news media is avoiding that term. They call it "stepping down", "transferring power", but it's a resignation. There is probably some huge scandal about to break about her, and she is preemptively…
The Sun, sourcing a forum post. My eyebrow of skepticism does not go that high.
I never fully realized how many classic Disney cartoons were centered around romantic love. Is that actually interesting to little kids who would only vaguely understand such things?
@Mediokra: Now that Pixar has tackled love and death in their alleged kid flicks, the next subject is sex. No, really, that could be where they're going next:
He didn't cover gays or the irreligious in his speech about human rights int he Middle East, at all. Am I mad? No. The guy can only say so much in an hour. And what he said was monumentally important and probably a gamechanger in how history unfolds.
@Kate2.18: I dispute the notions that the majority of Christians are aware of this. I dispute that notion vigorously and muchly. I also dispute the notion that Solomon and Abraham are somehow negative examples. Until Jesus came along, those were the plum roles in the book!
@Porcelina: But this "protection" applies to religious charities that receive government funding. And of course, all churches receive funding from all citizens in their exemption from taxes and many regulations. The government should not be enabling discrimination.
Rhode Island is now the only New England state without gay marraige on the books. Granted, it is the tiny pimple of New England, but it's still a blemish.
This is how I always imagined Betty Bowers would be like! I don't see how even Jesus can top this bringing-to-life-of-an-imaginary-friend.
@EhhKinda: But the law is filled with all kinds of protections for religious institutions. Allowing them to discriminate against gay couples with impunity. 'Cause ya know, it's the churches that need to be protected from gays...
I'm sure Vin Diesel has had many sexual partners. But what does it have to do with women? ^_~
@JerseyGrrrl: She's not saying that's how it SHOULD be. She's relaying how the Supreme Court-which, at that point, outrank her-has made it.
"The Supreme Court has made clear that the government is free to favor the anti-abortion position over the pro-choice position, and can do so with public funds."
This is precisely the wrong reaction. The more underground the sex trade is, the easier it is for predators to prey on sex workers.
