Last time I checked, Flipnote wasn't available for the 3DS. I mean, I could be wrong, but I haven't seen it recently.

Congrats on the DSi XL! I actually have one too, and it's huge. One thing that bothers me is the large snap that you hear when you open it. It makes it hard to play in quiet situations.
