Fan boost is literally the only reason I don't watch the series. I want to watch battles of skill, not favoritism.

Great concept - at last the navy is focusing on a practical, affordable project. My only question is why it isn't armed. A small deck gun and a few torpedoes would multiply its capability tenfold, from only being able to seek to also being able to destroy and defend itself against minor threats.
Yes, an inch in the wrong conditions is sometimes all it takes. However, having some reverse rake going on because of rear aero bias coming off of a jump makes those wrong conditions happen way more easily.
It was a joke.
Ban EVERY CAR WITH A FLAT UNDERBODY.
That grille is extremely Ford-esque.
A woman's frame (on average) would actually be a *benefit* in F1 cars. There's a reason Nico Hulkenberg, one of the most talented drivers on the grid (Alonso, whom I would rate top 3, said so himself), can't find a seat with one of the top teams. He's just too big. He's two inches taller than the tallest driver in a…
Well that's boring.
I'm confused. How exactly is this bad?
I think this clip is from D1GP which I know nothing about, but in FD (the major American drift series), there are clipping points that you are supposed to get as close as possible to. Like Hoonerlphic said, scraping without upsetting the car is the ideal way to do it, at least in FD.
150 hp vs 420 hp. That's a REALLY big difference. I would still get the FF, but there is definitely a different appeal to this car.
I'd like to specify that his jaunt through the mall didn't get him away from the helicopter, he just kept riding past the helicopter's max loiter time.
If it wasn't for the silly "fan boost" thing (driver who gets the most votes gets a little more power), I would consider this a serious racing series and watch it regularly. The races I have watched had a fair amount of action, but that unfair advantage just ruins it.
That is, a much better... way to, um, enjoy this, comment.
"Our stealth, grew up" is one clause (an independent clause at that) and thus should not have a comma. "[the] Chinese [realize], that we don't think their stealth, is stealthy as they think it is" should have no commas either, and neither should "calling your low tech winged wonders, stealthy" or "your stealth, is…
I love The Oatmeal. Despite being a grammar nazi, I was never able to grasp semicolons until I read that comic.
So many, extra commas.
Considering that it required a lot of custom fab work, a turnkey is doubtful. There are a lot of good shops out there that would be willing to do it for a price, though.
All those crazy motorcycle statistics are based on the Hurt report from the 80s. Another interesting statistic is that 66% of the involved riders were inebriated. Skews the statistics a massive amount.
Lower CoG (both a function of ride height and body height) means less compromise has to be made in suspension setup, meaning better handling and a better ride. Also, better gas mileage, due both to less frontal area and lower ride height, which has aero advantages including less air hitting the wheels (which generate…
