"Unmanned... Rocket"
Made my day.
He specifies commercial aircraft in the text but not the title. A little misleading, to be sure.
It could be ok if it weren't for the old white guy trying to dance to a pop song. That is one of the most awkward things imaginable.
It's because you can juuuuuuust barely make out the nipples past the obscuring bar. That makes you keep staring at it because you are just not quite sure if that's what you are seeing of if you are, in actuality, imagining them. Who knows, maybe I'm imagining them too.
I had to stop watching after a little bit solely due to the editing. It's like a 12 year old discovering filters on instagram.
I assume that the rotating grill refers to rotating slats of metal. I imagine they would close uner imminent danger and when parked to protect the radiator and then reopen when away to allow better cooling for your 1500 hp engine.
Jeeps also destroy whatever fragile desert plants they drive over, plants that can take decades to get established.
Sorry, I wasn't very clear in what kind of flexibility I meant. I am looking at this like a mini carrier rather than an amphib. By your own argument this is exactly the kind of thing we should be developing. Now if only they could fix the deck.
"Other critics of the well-deck lacking America Class say that the US Navy's nuclear carriers are the service's dedicated aviation-centric capital ships, and see the 'gator navy's' encroachment in on this capability via the F-35B, and especially the aviation-centric America Class, as a threat. Like thegregorious said, a safety car every yellow would be a little silly. Wet races wouldn't be worth watching because they would be three hours of a flashing yellow light bar. A safety car for double yellows would be within the realm of reason in my mind.
They have to do this because of emissions stuff that quiets the car down too much. Instead of bitching about it, just
The test rounds are dumb. It's been stated that the actual rounds will have some form of trajectory tuning, probably fins.
Random, completely unrelated story regarding roudabouts. When my girlfriend took her license test (she lived in a hick town) her evaluator marked her down for not waiting for the roundabout (or roundabound, as her hick town pronounces it) to clear completely before entering.
Another advantage of it over the x3 is not having two engine nacelles right where soldiers want to be rushing in or out.
Four motors is not the same as four engines.
One* yearyear old previous gen electronic product. My b. Still, I would bet a go pro 3 that we will see much, much more more of a discount (say, at least 33%) a week after the gopro4 public release. Previous gen electronic products are worth pennies to the dime, even when new.
I'm just saying that a 12% discount for a 3-year old, previous gen product isn't much at all.
$350 will be a ripoff once the 4 comes out. Just wait.
And they decide to stick some Asanti-esque wheels on it.
