What more than likely caused the void is a leaking pipe. See the manhole under the front rear axle. A gravity line (not pressurized) going into the manhole had a crack and the ground water drains into it pulling dirt with it. The void grows from the pipe up until the surface can't handle the load and it breaks

It's not a mixer it's a truck. A mixer would be used for dry concrete that you mix with water, with a truck this step is already done at the plant and the truck is just for delivery.

I found an 06' truck at the end of '06 with 5000 miles on it. I got it for about $6k cheaper than buying new. It is now pushing 85k and all it needs is some paint work so far, knock on wood. Best of all its paid off. My advice, get something you like that is of good quality and run it in the ground. Not to mention KBB
