I am pretty sure we have to leave our discs in now, which will affect everything they showed with game switching. Sucks.

Yes, I know. An amazing feature lost.
Microsoft isn't forcing a camera on you. You literally never have to use it. It is simply part of the console package. You people just don't fucking stop do you. Keep in mind that later down the road if you want the Move and the Eye for the PS4, it will cost you $130 (for one move controller BTW). Add in three more…
Do we really need to remove the anywhere game library and the Xbox family sharing features completely? Those were both amazing features. Let's give the mature adults in the room that always install physical games, don't mind digital purchases/downloads and that were actually looking forward to cloud based features…
Right, so now you have one disc, but your best friend lives 4000 miles away and you brother lives 1200 miles away. They both want to borrow your game. Now, you get to mail it to one, hope it makes it there or comes back in one piece, and then mail it out again to the other.
Just because sharing is there doesn't necessarily mean it is going to affect sales. Piracy has proven that it actually increases sales in most cases. Most people would have used it for demo purposes.
My disabled, war veteran cousin that cannot work due to combat injuries would have used this feature constantly. He LOVES gaming, but can't buy games supporting a wife and three kids on government disability. I am always sending him my used games in the mail. This feature would have allowed him to play all the games…
Congrats people. The whining worked. Now we have what was one of the best console feature ever removed so you could feed the Gamestop machine.
Why else would they fucking do it? There isn't a conspiracy here.
Or, you could pull your head out of your cynical ass and just accept the fact that Microsoft tried to do something different, customers complained, and they listened and changed things.
Don't be an idiot, dude. They have several months to rework these changes.
You are talking about a completely different feature. This has nothing to do with Xbox Live Gold Accounts. Read the other responses to this and educate yourself.
Not a huge fan of the art direction here, but I'll watch it as my geek body is addicted to all things Batman.
"Give your family access to your entire games library anytime, anywhere: Xbox One will enable new forms of access for families. Up to ten members of your family can log in and play from your shared games library on any Xbox One. Just like today, a family member can play your copy of Forza Motorsport at a friend’s…
It is actually one of your Xbox Family per game at any time AND you (as the game owner) can also play with them at the same time. So me and one of my friends could play the same game together, but two of my friends couldn't play the same game together if they don't own it. Additionally, you could have 10 friends all…
Really? Grow up you fucking child.
No, any 10 people anywhere.
That's exactly how it works.
The Xbox Family does not have a 30 day waiting time. That is for one-time license transfers.
If you have an Xbox One and your friend is in your Xbox Family, they can just download a play for free from your account. You can even play together on your copy of the game.
