Nice, that's how I do it too. Double size on the main window, and the playlist. I used to use the equalizer, but I outgrew that! With so many different pressings and remasters of albums, I like to hear it straight with no EQ.

Yeah, +1 for Lubuntu. My wife has an old Dell Inspiron laptop. Between XP running like my grandma, and the failing hard drive, I decided to put something lightweight on it. Regular strength Ubuntu was still a little sluggish, but now that I've found Lubuntu it's all gravy.
