Hi Eric, I recommend when in this situation again, to email the dealer principal directly. With a Survey, you can burn a lot of people who you need to work for you to get the resolution you want. If they don't reply or give you the satisfaction you fairly deserve, then have at it.

I agree that the surveys should be anonymous, but they are not. Not only that, but they are linked into the Manu database on that customer and the dealer can pull up at anytime what they customer has given on other Surveys.

I'm glad to see this still happens out there. This is the way I believe The Survey System should work. This dealer may very well be the unicorn that recognizes the value of honest feedback without grossly penalizing the front line workers who are operating under management instruction or with limited resources.
