Don’t think your relativity argument plays into this - at the 60 µN / 60 watts point the ship would reach breakeven (60 watts of increasing kinetic energy) at 1e6 m/s - significantly below any relativistic effect (relativistic mass has only increased by a part in 1e5 at that point).

To expound upon wagnerrp’s reply, even with the smaller ratio of 60 µN at 60 W the break even point is at 10^6 m/s or 0.0033c. Far below any significant relativistic effects.
