I do not understand how car companies spend billions of dollars and man hours on research and development of their product, yet they allow the customer experience at the point of sale to be such a shit show.

The thing that hit me immediately is the damage that wheel size does to range. Depending on the model, it looks like you take about an 5-12% hit for 2".

This EV won’t work for me because the commute to my job is 20 miles each way and once I get there they don’t give me enough money to buy this car.
