Rivalries are what make racing great. Not domination. He is a true joy to watch but it would be way more enjoyable if someone was regularly pushing the shit out of him.

I own a 2008 Fit Sport I bought new. Other than 1 set of front brakes at 150k, a set of ignition modules at 180k and one driver side window regulator last week, my only repairs after 230,000 miles.

I took some engineering classes there. The photos of the naval equipment, pipelining equipment and forestry machines are amazing. Ont he edge of Longview , TX is there testing grounds. Seen them driving around 320 ton capacity overburden trucks, massive forestry machines and forklifts that life huge objects.

This thing is dead on arrival. Its competition can be had for 40% less money. When this thing dies, Toyota will then be able to say “See, there’s no market for sports cars any more. Let’s just build some more variations of the same over-priced, soul destroying SUVs and tell everyone how great we are.”

The other difference is the Charger and Challenger are priced to compete against smaller cars. Harley is looking to go more exclusive, meaning more expensive. Like Porsche is to Volkswagen.

Curious about the guy who seems to be standing on the edge of the lane about 50 yards before the impact.

“and no personal data will be collected”

Looks like a pack of Lifesavers when I was a kid

You know, anyone puts this forth and it’s pretty much ridiculous, but when Gordon Murray does it, you just know it works well and probably over performs.

I would agree. Probably ungodly fun when all alone and on a nice road, but then you ave to drive it on a shitty road around shitty drivers who seem hell bent on killing you and the fun goes away.

Everyone should have seen this coming. They have dominated F1, their star driver is probably going to leave for the Scuderia, the rules will be changed massively after this year, and they have entered in Formula E. These are the signs of an exit looming.

Crashes are part of racing, but I am sure we as fans were all relieved to hear no injuries in that shunt. The level of commitment by the Navigator never ceases to astound me in rally. Every driver is an optimist, every passenger is a pessimist applies to everyone but these guys.

All it takes is a few dickheads to ruin things for everyone.

The poor sales is completely due to being overpriced. Directly competing with cars that cost the same but offer more power is a really dumb business strategy. It doesn’t matter how great the car handles compared to its competition because the buyers of these cars are never good enough to exploit the better handling.

Why would they change F1 to an electric series? The FIA already has a series for that. Might as well make them into rally cars.

There is no telling how many grassroots to top professional racing drivers Bill Simpson’s gear saved from being maimed and killed while racing.

Look! I made a vehicle out of 6 sheets of plywood with only a hand saw.

It probably has to do with the fact the current spec F1 cars don’t have enough suspension travel to make up for the loss of tire flex the old tires give. It would seem to me, in a common sense kind of way, that a stiffer spec lower profile tire would give the engineers more consistent and predictable control over what

Unsafe work practices begin with management. A commitment must be made to create a culture of safety within a facility. This is will inevitably reduce overall productivity in the short term, but once established productivity will increase due to less injury downtime. Once management has established that unsafe work

Exactly! This is for Tesla fans that have never owned a truck, don’t need a truck, but want that “manly” impression to own a truck.
