You might could get temporarily rich as a gang or drug lord attorney? Sean Penn’s character in Carlito’s Way seemed ok and happy. I never finished the movie, mind you.

A performance or an LR with autopilot bought at peak supply chain crunch pricing could get there (especially if you include tax). I believe the performance was mid-60s and autopilot was $10k. People who bought Model 3s right before the pandemic were actually sitting on appreciated cars. Some people got to thinking…
This Democratic administration has devoted more effort towards preparing the American economy for the decades ahead than any since FDR’s, and it’s not close.
I agree, but this is what happens when almost no one takes elections seriously and even fewer people take primaries seriously.
The interior is a HUGE step backwards from the S550 Mustangs and I just do not understand it.
I have a 2023 Charger rental right now while my car is having accident damage repaired and while it doesn’t boot slowly, you have to reconnect your phone for audio every. Single. Time. Sometimes I have to do it twice, and it takes at least a minute to do. My Civic defaults to whatever I used last every time it starts,…
3-hours round trip? 150 miles? In DC? I think he’d be lucky to only spend 3 hours a day on the road. I say buy a few early ‘90s Geo Metro 5-speeds, turn the cell phone completely off, and enjoy a couple of hours commuting and communing with the 5-speed every day. The driver’s seat goes back pretty far so it’s pretty…
If I were in charge of all of the F1 teams right now, I would immediately fire, in no particular order,
Gasly
Ocon
Stroll
Magnussen
Hulkenberg
Guanyu
Bottas
Ricciardo
Perez
Sargeant
Albon

Dead 12V battery AND a borked window?
The link associated with the word “complicated” is one of the rare ones on a current-era Jalopnik article that actually links to something relevant: https://jalopnik.com/viral-tiktok-video-shows-how-complicated-it-is-to-jumps-1851169346
Which is why almost any article about EV adoption is annoying as hell. You can read half a dozen over the course of a week and come away with widely disparate impressions.
just wait until 2045 when the rocket powered roadster is out! Then youll see. only $500 and zero to 60 in -2 secons
Yes. Essentially the EV pie is getting larger, and not unexpectedly the portion of that pie that is Tesla is getting smaller. It is entirely possible going forward that Tesla may continue to grow in absolute terms, but the exponential growth seems less likely in the future.
“A lot of publications seem to be running stories or editorials talking about the collapse of EV sales and how everyone pushed too early and blah blah blah.”
Including Jalopnik, irritatingly.
Really bad take here.
As much as I love Spa, Silverstone is a better option in my opinion. It’s typically the best race of the season.
Obviously this would need to be in Europe so that the timing is right wrt the other races. I am partial to Spa.
