I’m getting a really strong feeling of deja vu reading that headline.

For this price point, I’d be shopping a much better performance car. If this is your jam, hold out. Wait for them to sit on the lot for a year and then low-ball. They’ll be so ready to get out from under it, they’ll make you a great deal. Years ago, my buddy picked up a Nismo Z for $20k off MSRP doing just this.

I see the same behavior from my niece. She is 39, a supervisory nurse with 4 kids, and she is obsessed with Swift. I mean, so obsessed that she took her kids to see Swift on consecutive nights here. Same show, different day. She is going to fly to a different state to see it again. Really do not get it. I tried

it just like some of most obsessed fanbois or simp or stans or cult or devout believer, and she happened to be just one of them

I was violently opposed when my wife suggested we go minivan to make life easy with our two kids. The deal went through (because she gets to pick her vehicle)... And I quickly saw the light. I am now a minivan evangelist for people with kids. Come forth, behold and worship at the altar of the minivan and the  slidey

The Kia Carnival is essentially your mini van version of the GMC Acadia.

I would say its a lot more likely than “probably not”.  People literally think there is a war against EVs.  Absolute freaking morons.

Shoot the Si is only 6.8 seconds? My ‘13 Si was around 6.5 seconds with the K24 in it. I’m not a huge fan of the 1.5t. Kind of wish they put the 2.0T in the Si instead of it.

I’ve owned an 87 crx hf (waay less than 100hp, 55mpg, 1600lbs) and 86 Corolla hatchback, and drove a right hand lotus Elise in Japan. Even my 115hp 97 Jetta gl that weighed 2600lbs was more fun than any newer and powerful car I’ve had. All of these were sticks btw. But light weight always wins.

True dat. If i don’t see my handle on an AOTD at least once a week, i become depressed and start questioning my life choices.

Same.

Yup. That was their big selling point when they were introduced. At full throttle, they will run out of gas in 15 minutes.

Same

You’ve got to stop letting AI write your headlines

We all take that line there playing GT7. No need to be embarrassed by it. I’m 66 years old and I’ll plop my ass on the floor in front of the big screen, crank up the surround sound up to 11, rip off the knob, throw it out the window, order some pizza and kick anyone’s butt who wants to race me.

That’s a real cop?  We need to clone this guy and make him standard issue ‘national cop’.

lol, honestly I have always wondered why they have those concrete table tops there in the carousel. Maybe for durability reasons?

I’ve never gotten anyone actually throw a comment my way, but I’ve gotten plenty of obvious stares from people seeing me roll a cart of 2x4's up to the back of my Jetta. I always wanted to shout “stay and watch it all go in” but decided to let it go. Big box store lumber is usually bowed enough without getting rained

This is less so a problem with air travel, an air line, or the air plane and just another in the long list of reasons that cruise ships, cruise ship people, and the cruise industry all suck and are basically just giant floating germ factories.

I agree, maybe it is due to a superficial understanding of the technical aspects of designing and building an F1 car. F1 is a recent phenomenon for americans after all
