Average person touches their face 20+ times an hour, more often than not, subconsciously. More than half of those are touches to the mouth and eyes. It’s a lot harder than you think.

I remember the first time I saw one of the coupes in a car wash as I drove by. I had to turn around to go look at it because I genuinely didn’t know what it was. It looks far more exotic than it has any right to - at least from the outside. That interior is pretty plastic-fantastic and wouldn’t look out of place in…
Absolutely. He's perfect for it
Nissan is definitely a shadow of their former self. It’s a shame. Up here in the northeast US, rust is mostly what killed off all the old Pathfinders. I visit family in San Diego often and it’s always a kick seeing 90s Pathfinders still cruising around out there.
Sorry. I always mix it up. 2016 Chevy Spark EV.
The definite issue is recharging. But I could drive to work and back for a week without worrying about that. I can’t remember the last time I drove more than 300 miles in a day. I’ve got a dozen trips of around 150 miles in the last year, but, that’s the furthest.
Thanks for saving me the hassle of uploading an image to Kinja. This was my instant first thought when I saw this thing.
I mean, I’m not Tesla stan and this thing is idiotic. But 340 miles seems... fine? My Forester gets about 350 miles per tank? Sure, there’s the obvious issue of it’s not what’s promised, but, anyone surprised by that should have their buddy test the bullet proof windows for them with a 9mm while they sit in the…
Not gonna pile on about the country road thing. Just gonna thank you for getting Take Me Home, Country Road stuck in my head first thing in the morning.
Had a 2000 Pathfinder. Amazing truck. Dead reliable and simple. Ran forever until I couldn't get it inspected anymore.
Oh, me too, for sure. I was much more excited to find out we’ll have more Clarkson’s Farm. It’s absurd, but, it’s great entertainment.
Definitely. The show just got better and better as it went and they found an identity.
I actually haven’t caught that one yet. What made it different for you?
Matt LeBlanc was awesome. For sure should get a call. He’s great.
My wife and I put off having kids for a long time - and part of that was because we loved traveling. We were not sure if we were ever going to do it, but then pandemic hit and hey, traveling went out the window for a while. So, I’ve gotten to do several long drivecations through Europe. And I have to say, while it…
I had a job that kept me on the road a lot - long days working, long nights driving. Was stupid dangerous. But I got really good at recognizing and admitting when I needed to stop and take a nap. People think you can fight through it. You can, for a while. But in the end, the nod will always win.
Definitely plays a role. They are bigger, quieter, more comfortable, harder to see out of (giving you this feeling of being ensconced in some protected tube), and in general just more disconnected from feeling like you are driving a 6,000lb hunk of metal down the road at 70 mph.
Lol.
Our Man in Japan was fantastic. Another I put on because my wife had no interest. She kept popping in and out through the first two episodes, and by episode three I restarted it and we were watching it together. James May is oddly entertaining, because.... he shouldn’t be? But, he just is. I loved his show Reassembler.
The inevitable comparison to Top Gear UK, while it was still on, just doomed them from the start. But I think that show was stronger than any of the Top Gear UK reboots. I really liked the USA version - thought they captured a lot of that zany chemistry surprisingly well. It was really entertaining. What doomed them…
