Yes, it takes place outside Philly. ‘PA accent’ is an overstatement.

Let it live on in your memory, because I don’t know how long it’s been since you’ve hit up a wawa but they’re selling cheeseburgers now, and the deli meats now come in subway style packaging, no one’s slicing up turkey, and they’re certainly not using Amaroso rolls anymore. And their coffee was never all that great,…
‘83 but I was raised in one of those parts of the South where, culturally at least, the 70s didn’t end until the 90s. So more early Millennial with some Gen X influence?
Jennifer, I really think it is time to speak woman to woman.
Great combination of conditions - a corps of psychopaths and a rule that says, If the one with the badge can devise the slimmest of excuses - “I was in danger because I couldn’t tell if I was in danger.” - then everything is just fine. Oh and we get to investigate ourselves if anything ever looks kinda’ hinky.
You’re mixingnew money millionaire and billionaire. Billionaires rarely ever wanna stand out. This thing is both unique, and discrete. That’s what most tend to strive for.
And the Sweptail is kiiinda tacky. I’m guessing oil money ?
Nothing wrong with a Phantom in Green
Haven’t watched the movie yet, but it appears that once again they are taking a dumb concept way too seriously.
Staying stateside and buying a HYUNDAI.
Why didn’t she transfer her money to an untraceable island somewhere and then follow it on a (private) plane? I get that stealing is wrong, but she clearly doesn’t and she screwed herself by staying stateside.
Most of the reason for becoming a cop is the never ending power-trip over people. Like you said, they do not, will -never- treat us with respect or like a normal human being who’s scared and they will just use the reluctance to bow down to them as a reason for harming us or outright killing us later by simply going…
This isn’t a surprise at all. As a former car salesman, I can tell you that all dealers make more money on longer term loans already. Nissan (and every other maker) is in business to sell new cars, and if incentivizing dealers to push longer term loans does that, then that’s what they’ll do.
That scene is basically the highlight of the ENTIRE movie lol. that or any scene with Jordana Brewster in it cause I have had the hots for her since the first movie lol.
Not my biggest issue with Fast and Furious 6
So just to make sure I am understanding, Newton really had been using “Thandie” as her stage name up until recently, right? Or has she been signing contracts “Thandiwe” this whole time and literally everyone has been getting it wrong?
Most people couldn’t type an umlaut if their life depended on it.
That’s a lot of words for “show up at events to remind everyone we have a Prince working for us.”
Oof, reminds me of when Wells Fargo used to randomly add money to my checking account, and then randomly remove it, just to try to trigger the overdraft. It worked too, and they managed to stack about a dozen additional small charges they held onto for several days (all under $10) once it happened.
This all seems like legit research, but I strikes me as disingenuous to not once mention that Hindenburg is a SHORT SELLING firm- they release this research specifically to profit off of the resulting stock collapse. As such, it’s always good to take it with a grain of salt.
That being said, the commonality with Nikola…
Wow, you must be a blast at parties.
