before 911.

it’s all over Canada too.

The “big base” thing didn’t go over well at all in Saudi Arabia. In fact it was the direct catalyst for 911...

And they’re making headway in Iraq, right?

Statistical checking of experimental data should be a basic screen for any paper. Peer reviewers should be able to check the results analysis, and then proceed with the review.

“Journals “might find themselves threatened with a lawsuit for the proposed retraction itself, let alone a retraction whose statement includes any reference to misconduct.””

That’s an odd title.
I guess I won’t be reading this.

Gee, I guess creating a power vacuum in Iraq wasn’t a great idea after all.

No “Mission Accomplished” sign either...

2 points for the fantastic Eraserhead reference...

I guess I can’t disagree. Objectively bad?

I watched Resurrection once, maybe twice. It was okay. Just not that good. Full disclosure, I did stumble into Battlefield Earth while channel surfing a couple of times, but it was unable to capture even a bit of my Sunday afternoon gaze...

Nah; it was okay. It even had some good parts.

Your statement is objectively incorrect.

Yeah, it wasn’t that bad. Better than the 50’s version in many ways; lesser than the 50’s version in some ways. It’s even good enough to watch again, as long as there aren’t any really good movies on another channel...

Can’t imagine watching something that sucked a zillion times...
I liked it.

Nope. Avatar was a spectacular movie. Had its flaws, but very, very watchable.

I watched it a few times. The book was better, and there were some silly parts, but on the whole, it was a decent SF movie.

I liked it.

Wasn’t that bad. Some parts quite well done. I get it if you just hate TC, but you can’t really ruin a good story. It was quite watchable.
