Im not saying theyre equivalent in every way. She doesnt merely criticize tropes. One of her most important points has always been that video games cause gamers to be sexist. Which is what im addressing.

Then, during my undergraduate years, Jack Thompson rose to prominence on the release of Grand Theft Auto III, and things somehow got worse.

You made a typo there. You meant atrocious, not gorgeous.

Cool. I always appreciate historical accuracy.

Damn, social justice triple threat. Maybe quadruple. She looks like she could be a dwarf.

Many ancient cultures in general. I dont know about beautiful but yeah, viewing fat as rich was reasonable at the time.

Why you gotta be so mean? I havent been rude to you. And im a complete fuckwit just because i apparently cant understand something you said or, “the issue here”? Seriously? Have you maybe thought of explaining it slightly differently instead of being a dick about it and insulting me?

Interesting. Those two are very different though. I quite like LOTR but dislike HP. Main reason being that HP is too childish (the early ones that ive seen at least, didnt real the books).

Yes, it does matter. If you can so easily state what men are bad at, why cant you just as easily state what women are bad at?

Congratulation, you just painted yourself for everyone to see. :)

To make it simple and short... They really don’t have any weakness that can’t be trained or amend.

Yeah sure but if you arrive at the same conclusion anyway (you should always strive to curb harassment online), whats the point of making up some team arguments beforehand? What if you could hear the other teams chat and witness harassment there?

Totally agree man but i just want to know your opinion.

I assumeed that. Thats why i point out that the “team” aspect doesnt do anything to strenghten your argument and that your analogy doesnt make sense.

Hmm, possibly. What do you think women are generally bad at?

Sure but you usually cant tell whether someone is getting shittalked because theyre a certain gender - because juvenile, video game insults often have a sexist component. Nobody is going to shittalk a girl telling her shes a virgin, for example.

Being teammates has nothing to do with it. Or are you saying that if a game is not team-based, lets say Minecraft, you shouldnt defend someone getting harassed?

To be fair, i assume youre daughters dont actually think theyre Elsa. Theyre pretending.

Riley, it has been 2 years. Are you seriously playing the game for an hour a week or are you just pretending you play it?
