What about the far superior head and motion tracking on the Vive due to the sensors
Vive also has the better product and game offering
There’s inevitably going to be many more games for the Vive
I can’t imagine them giving that in the prologue a la Joel and his daughter.
I don’t think it will be a buried “twist” though.
the other as infallible in all things
So are you saying that Konami is A-ok?
I think Joel’s story ended before the ending scene of the first game - when he killed everyone for Ellie and completely accepted her as someone he needs to live - as his daughter. Thats why after that when they arrive in Jackson we control Ellie, not Joel.
Why not? Maybe the image she has of him is with a gun, seeing as how she has basically seen him holding one every day, killing hundreds of people over the course of them being together.
I guess the trailer itself gives off that vibe to me. Ellie being extremely distraught, playing the guitar Joel taught her to play over (his?) dead body, “Joel” seeming kinda nonchalant about the whole thing...
I have a modern PC that runs most new games at max but PS4/Xbox One graphics look fine. Obviously not as good but its nothing terrible. Could be FF15 specifically having some aliasing issues, i havent seen it in person, since im pretty sure it also struggles with the framerate.
Good points. Im by no means convinced of that theory but i had a strong feeling it was something like that when watching it. The whole scene feels very heavy and Ellie extremely angry at whatever happened so it has to be something major.
That was 100% Joel, not Tommy. Whether hes actually real is another matter.
She could be imagining him with a gun... ?
Riiight. I’ve been a PC gamer all my life and the game looks great on a PS3.
“The Last of Us” can refer to multiple individuals.
Actually, the first game will still be the same.
Havent play U4 but TLOU looks exactly the same. This might be a scripted trailer but beside the old UI, the graphics look the same, if not slightly better in the final game.
