A quick and dirty 3d version made in 15 min on my lunch break today. I may revisit it to do things like vary the width of the track in some spots and curbing and textures, but not till tomorrow.

The design of the kit is horrendous, but that red carbon fiber is actually pretty cool.
Were they also inebriated or otherwise under the influence of mind altering substances?
Except, no matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to get excited about this. Maybe when I actually see the racing it'll be different, but right now it just seems like a gimmick to me, and not even one that I find appealing.
yeaaaah, that's a lot of nope right there, and whoever did this should be shot for desecrating such a beautiful and great handling sports car. If you wanted a convertible rotary buy an FC 'vert, don't kill an innocent FD for your twisted plans!
Fair enough.
But wait, what if we also want to get together for beer, bbq, and to help wrench on each others cars? I mean that's beyond getting coffee and renting a track. Or what if we want to organize a road trip somewhere with fun winding backroads to drive on, ooh or what about organizing a meeting on a national level to meet…
true, but that kinda kills the joke.
Woo, my first COTD! And yeah, it really does kinda suck some of the fun out to realize that things like space ports will be run by the same kind of folks that run airports.....and will likely be plagued by some of the same problems.
God that is simply an achingly beautiful car. I mean the Muira is pretty much already one of the most beautiful cars in existence, but in black like that, it's beyond words.
Where are my transporters, dammit? Weren't we supposed to have teleporters by this point, what the hell are those scientists doing?
O.o Holy crap! That's not the first building to do this though, the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles had the same sort of effect when it was first built. Originally it had an exterior of polished metal panels, but when it started melting cars parked next to it and generally causing damage from reflected and…
Which building would that be? I'm not very familiar with British architecture aside from the more classical ones like Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace.
Looks to me like the result of asking Salvador Dali to design a concept car. Seriously that is a super psychedelic looking car.
The Yugo, after all the only way some one could possibly buy one is if they're tryign to be "ironic".
No! As it stands the horse is merely at the bloody pulp stage, we will not be satisfied until all that is left is a vaguely equine shaped grease spot!
Well, the current setup with this engine in the MINI, in JCW trim, makes 208hp and 192lb/ft, and will spike to 207lb/ft in over boost so I'd imagine the torque numbers have climbed with the hp numbers accordingly.
Yup the 1.6L Prince engine is used by Peugeot, MINI, and Citroen, and was developed jointly by BMW and Peugeot.
If it can be something that started life as an economy car and got transformed by a private company into something insane, I submit the "Midi": A classic mini chassis modified to a MR configuration with a stock 280hp J32 out of an Acura CL Type S, and a bunch of other stuff. 0-60 happens in 4 seconds. More info can be…
I'm strangely ok with this prospect.
