Then you’ll be happy to know it’s not blood at all coming out of a steak! Rather it’s a protein called myoglobin that delivers oxygen to the muscle tissue. Mix in water and rendered fat and you get the “juices” that come out of a steak as it rests or when you cut in to it.

Selling my 2010 MINI Cooper S, and replacing it with a Focus ST. There isn’t anything wrong with the FoST, it’s quick, it’s been reliable, and it’s a shitload more practical. However, it’s just not as much fun. The Mini, with the few mods I made to it (Koni FSD shocks, Helix short shift kit, DoS CAI, and a flash tune

The problem is, that with ESPN, the ball sports actually get all that extra coverage, and then some. Usually it’s then followed by another hour of talking heads analyzing that game again, as well as every other one that has happened in that league (or some times at all in that sport) in the last couple days/rest of

I’m honestly not sure what’s out there for Subarus, but I’d imagine there has to at least be some sort of cryo treated option, or other aftermarket upgrade out there that can handle the kind of power they’re putting down. The question is usually how much does it cost, and what is the trade off in NVH?

Poor Super Gramps....then again, this does mean we’ll likely be getting vids of him getting fixed and maybe upgraded in the future, and I’m always down for that.

Hey, an LS will fit under the hood, so it’d be kind of American, and V8!

Very nice, there is a very strong possibility that one of these will replace my FoST as a DD in 2-3 years. Yeah I wish it came with a stick, but I’ve still got my NB1 as my fun car, this would get used mainly for commuting, and road trips between Houston & Dallas where an auto isn’t necessarily a horrible thing.

I’ve been wanting to dive here for a few years now, especially during the Hammer head migration, and the coral bloom when whale sharks are known to be moving through the area. It’s sad to hear about it being threatened like this.

Lol oh it’s gone full on X-files, but it’s so close to the end I can’t stop, I want to know how it’s going to finish!

Yes! I loved those episodes, I’m on the Oak Island ones right now, and it’s every bit as in depth. Honestly the only one I haven’t enjoyed was the John Titor episode, and that was because they kinda went full ADD on that one and kept getting way off topic and spending time on stuff that really didn’t add anything to

The Black Tapes, is a really good one that my wife and I have been hooked on, Welcome to Night Vale is a wonderful blend of creepy and funny, and Astonishing Legends is an interesting one as well.

Aww, I was really hoping Two Car was going to get picked up for simulcast. Sidecar racing is freaking insane, and I was really hoping to get to see how they portrayed it in the show.

My wife and I watched this last night, she has also never seen the original Blade runner, but still thoroughly enjoyed this.

So, as a result of this article I decided to lookup the podcast. It’s pretty cool so far, and I’ve actually been to the place discussed in ep4, which is always kind of fun.

Larceny is my current go to for a reasonably priced sipping whiskey. It runs in the mid to low $20 range around here (here being Houston, TX), and is a “wheated” bourbon which tends to lend it a slightly creamy mouth feel and a sweeter finish. Another good one is 1792 which has a slightly higher rye content so it gets

Great, great book! I need to read it again....even knowing that some asshole is going to start chopping onions when I get to the end.

I seriously don’t make enough money for the things I want in life.....goddamn that is beautiful.

Yeah, the big ass muzzle brake attached to a gun that fires a .45 ACP round is something I’m finding pretty damn funny looking. It’s also funny looking to see this big beefy looking weapon, and then this skinny little mag sticking out from the bottom.

I love my NB1, it was stupid cheap, and has been an absolute scream to drive, especially on track.....after I got rid of the atrocious seats, and undid all the neglect the PO heaped on it.
