Clearing the arrest records of unjustly prosecuted and persecuted dead people only eases the guilty conscience of the oppressor. Instead, why don’t we just expunge Alabama along with the rest of the zombie confederacy?

I think this is a bad idea. It’s part of history. The only reason the state of Alabama would consider this is so that it can pretend that certain events never occurred. 

This is some bullshit. Expunging their arrest records would be the worst possible insult to Dr. King and Rosa Parks. They were proud to be arrested and convicted of violating shitty unfair laws.  History has vindicated their decisions. Never let their records be erased. They must stand for all time.

Can’t call Rosenbaum and Huber victims because it’s prejudicial to the defendant, but they can be called looters and rioters, without evidence that they committed any looting or rioting because that’s not prejudicial to the "decedents" 

The judge should be wearing a white robe - with a hood - instead of a Black one as he has now shown his prejudice against the victims by stating they can be called anything but victims. Same judge that ruled that Rittenhouse’s bail couldn’t be raised, and who aided Rittenhouse moving locations without telling authorities? Who denied requests to re-arrest Rittenhouse for ghosting the police (with the judge’s help?). That judge?
