I think the difference with something like RDR2 and Starfield is that RDR2 has a compelling enough story to mask a lot of the technical issues people have with it.

Yes, Cyberpunk’s early issues were clear mistakes. The developers clearly didn’t intend for cars to be falling from the sky or NPC’s to be taking off on invisible motorcycles. CDPR’s response to 2077's disastrous launch was that it needed to be fixed.
I wouldn’t say the story is “rotten to the core.” That would imply that it’s off putting or sickening in some sense.
Instead it’s flat, flavourless and bland.
Will these updates be enough to turn fan sentiment around? Well, in a world where Cyberpunk 2077 literally won an award for getting its act together, it’s not entirely implausible.
WW was a success with $823 millions but Aquaman was just moderately successful (and that just by DC standards) with over 0ne billion ?
I like Aquaman 1 on the wavelength of “Dolph Lundgren is riding a sea-war-horse, I cannot hate this”, so if A2 is more of wonderfully cartoon stuff like that, bring it.
This film, like the first one, will make 90% of it’s money in Asia. I’m surprised they are even bothering to release it here.
That’s a pretty country music way to go, RIP
Now, probably a year or so later, Arthur and Hera (Amber Heard) have a child
Meanwhile, 40-ish years ago...
Something something ethics in musical naming conventions.
If a founding member of Jefferson Airplane, who left the band before they became Jefferson Starship or just Starship, died would the obit headline read “founding member of Starship?”
Not sure why this is damning instead of super obvious. Not just because the giant house and trip to Paris, but also because a lot of families in John Hughes movies are rich.
Every time this comes up I like to point out that Joey and Chandler’s apartment was not that nice. It was about half the size of Monica’s. No terrace. While Monica’s apartment faced the street Joey was singing duets with a guy next door because their windows were like two feet apart. Whenever they showed one of the…
Mera, not Hera.
Monica is illegally subletting from her grandma or aunt or something. Chanlder makes a lot of money. And I assume Ross did too.
I’ve seen this “hot take” on the internet for years along with this idea that back in the 90s, the McAllisters looked more middle class but as a kid back then living in the Chicago suburbs I can say “Fuck No”. They were always rich. Technically maybe they were “upper middle” class but like at the very top of that…
I thought this was on a par with the first one which was fine, but pummelled the viewer into submission with an overload CG. Going in with that expectation I think I actually enjoyed this more; Patrick Wilson is a great co-lead and I really enjoyed his banter with Jason Momoa. If there was supposed to be more Amber…
This title is trash, it was indefinite not life time. 2 drastically different things.
“Endless Layoffs and Studios Closing”
