The end result will be undocumented residents of these cities stop going to court, refuse to testify as witnesses, stop reporting crime or interacting with any law enforcement, start driving without license or insurance, etc.

ICE agents who stalk courthouses should have to submit to instant background checks to see if they have any outstanding warrants, if they’re late on their child support payments, etc.
