All this was to say I agree it is a perfect location.

I ran a few Cyberpunk (2013) games back in the early 90's all set in Richmond. I played up the history, racial tensions and then threw in the cyberpunk staples of big corp, and gangs into the mix. All filtered through a teenage brain in love with punk rock, sci-fi and bands like Gwar.

I loved this movie as a kid I recorded one of the original HBO broadcasts before it was replaced with the censored version of the film. I watched that tape so many times growing up.

Wait, white dude with dreads and a goatee that looks like a shirtless stoner and a girl with colored hair wearing boots with a skirt and leggings shouldn't they be called the nineties?

This reminds me of Sydney Lassick's character in the movie Alligator who stole dogs to sell to medical labs. I hope all these stolen puppies end up in loving homes but I doubt it. :(
