Okay, well that makes me feel better. During the winter 70 is usually comfortable in most of my house, except for when I'm in my office. There are two windows in a very small room and during the winter it's freezing. And of course during the summer it's scorching. Since I spend most of my day in that room I keep

69 is considered high? Yikes. Maybe I should do this.

I prefer clean backgrounds for my electronics and am currently using the gold polka dots from here, both on my phone and desktop. The site tends showcase craftsy feminine backgrounds if you're into that.

That all depends on what kind of salad you're having. An iceberg lettuce salad from McDonalds piled with cheese, bacon bits, fried chicken strips and blue cheese dressing definitely isn't eating well. But a homemade salad with dark greens with carrots, beets, nuts, and a lighter dressing can certainly be a healthy

If that works for you, great. But it doesn't for me. When I'm hot, sweaty, tired and aching the last thing that keeps me going is positivity.

Same here. If I tell myself how lazy I am or how bad I'm going to look if I don't continue I find that's what motivates me to continue.

Besides the loss of jobs created by counterfeit goods, they also may be funding terrorist groups. Please just avoid them at all costs. I'm actually blown away only 34% of people say they have never purchased imitation good. That seems incredibly low.

That is completely untrue on so many levels. First I've never heard of anyone buying organic because they think it tastes better. Secondly there is absolutely real evidence that pesticides do severe harm to the environment and wildlife, as well as currently unproven (but not disproven) hypotheses of even further

Me too, I go through seltzer like nothing else. I think as long as it's not sweetened it should be the same.

I love water (and tea) with True Citrus added to it. The shakers are fantastic for home use, and I always have a few packets in my purse for when I leave the house. Grapefruit is my absolute favorite but they're all quite good, as well as their citrus spice blends. I love the orange ginger in my tea. No salt and no

I don't understand how difficult it is for people to just make up a gmail account with a fake name if you don't want your comments lined to your real name. I have one (and a Facebook account) so I can sign up for everything that requires and email/facebook sign in. I have one real account for personal e-mails and

Speaking about his other kids, am I the only one who feels terribly for them? Every time you turned around a few years ago you were hearing stories of Nicole and Tom talking about their new perfect biological children they loved more than anything which I always found extremely insensitive. And their other kids were

I fill half a jug with hot water and brew double the tea bags needed (how many will depend on the size of the jug), after 3 minutes I remove them (add sugar/honey now if you need it) and fill the jug the rest of the way with cold water from my Brita. Or I'll use Twinings cold brew green tea bags, but since I have to

Get a sampler pack from the supermarket. They usually have a few regular samplers and herbal samplers so you can end up with a huge variety without investing a ton of money. Some put lemon or citrus (I prefer orange) in their teas, others milk (black teas only), some add sugar or honey as well. It's really just

I love tea, but unlike with coffee and iced teas I can't stand to take it unsweetened. I take anywhere from one to two heaping teaspoons of raw honey per mug. If I were to do that three to five times a day I think that would be a little excessive. I do have a "tea break" an hour or two after lunch every day though.

"Stiffing" a terrible server is NOT a dick move. If they can't be bothered to do their job well then they don't deserve to be rewarded for it. If I get a shitty haircut I don't tip my hairdresser. If my cab driver takes me the long way my apartment despite my directions otherwise I don't tip him. Tipping is for

FEMEN is to feminism what PETA is to vegetarianism.

Bill and Amber, why???? You are too talented for crappy C- reality TV.

I think the woman on the right of the girl in the purple tank is of Asian descent (looking unamused in maroon). The woman to the left (smiling, white tank) looks to be black. The picture is such low quality it's difficult to tell for sure.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people using "African American" as a catch-all for black people (I assume to sound PC). African Americans are Americans of African descent, which as far as I know you can't tell from a picture. That woman could be Caribbean American, or French, or a tourist from Niger for all we know.
