I recognized the intro just from that still image. Damn, what a game Lucas Arts could make.

In Luke's defense, I live much closer to the Bay area (781 miles) and don't know who Steve Aoki is either. Not in my wheelhouse.

I loved them as well, even coming from a PC background with X-Wing, TIE Fighter, WC (1-4), Privateer and Freespace. The voice-overs were so over the top but it was great all the same.

Between the voice acting and the overall visual degradation of your character, you can feel and see the affects of war in a way unlike any other game that I've played. One of the reasons I appreciate Nolan North's abilities and Spec Ops developer.

I can relate. I have a good PC, a PS4 and a Vita. What am I playing? Unepic and Terraria.

Sadly, it may be too much for the engine to pull off consistently yet. Maybe they'll be able to improve it enough for the next game. Still, it's a set back of the feature list. I'd love to have a deeper stealth experience with AI behavior at night.

The removal of the automatic day-night system, in favor of locking the time of day in the game at various times. The idea is to keep players from feeling rushed and from having some of their in-game progress reset by the quick passing of sunrise and sunset. Man, I wish Harold Faltermeyer would do music for every movie.

This about sums up my take on Lume as well. Couldn't believe that I finished it in about 40 minutes. I'll only spend money on this once reviews are in and it's shown the game isn't a demo masquerading as a full game.

This is even better than the CoD trolls using XB1 commands as their gamertag. Now you can say you were trolled by Jesse himself.

It also had one of the better villains in an adventure game. I still have it and the strategy guide in the garage.

I remember Yager. It had a cool ground effect from your jet and some fun ground based combat. I remember downloading the demo on an old ass modem (years before broadband other than super expensive DSL @ 128kbps) and it took the better part of a day.

It would be the better moment to show on the cover. A lot more exciting than the SB. (Although, as a lifelong Hawks fan, I did still enjoy SB 48)

Totally in agreement here. If Sherman hadn't been, well Sherman, we'd be seeing Niners beat the Broncos. Our defense is stronger than yours, but Denver would have had a tough time against you.

Tacoma native here too. I still have that Shaun Alexander cover Madden somewhere. I will be getting this one and praying that the curse gets blocked like a Manning threw it.

Delving into an open world game isn't a simple matter of making a purchase and completing a story in 12 hours or so. It's a contract I form with a game, a pledge I make to dedicate the next few months of my life to living with one foot inside a virtual world. The next few months at the very least—I'm still playing

Ha. Nice touch here Kirk.
