Actually kind of excited for the Marvels. The initial reviews are very good and most seem to be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the movie (a blessing in an inconsistent MCU Phase 5).

It is also, sadly, the first Nintendo game to hit the $70 threshold.

Violating contract law is still illegal, it just doesn’t have criminal penalties.

Calm down, John. It’s for charity. Weirder stuff have been auctioned https://www.today.com/popculture/william-shatner-sells-kidney-stone-charity-1C9481930

I completely agree with this review. I bought the game on release day, despite the early trickle of awful reviews, and at about 20 hours in, I am having a blast. It is very much a Saints Row game. I’m playing on PC and have not experienced any bugs more serious than some visual jank, which in context is mostly just

The Saturn sucked. You know it. I know it. It was a rushed, underpowered turd. It had to be ended.

I never thought he was going to break out into the real world. I thought it was pretty clear that eveything going on with him and the story Tina was telling was her dealing with loneliness by finding new ways to extend the game. Once you find out the backstory with Roland you’ve got some grief in there too. I thought

It is a lot like Valkyria Chronicles. I'd even say it gets a bit more difficult than those games, though.

The headline description seemed curious to me, and then it dawned on me absolutely nobody remembers Valkyria Chronicles or Codename STEAM anymore I guess. :’(

Forget it, Blinky. It’s Chinatown.

Look, I get that Bebop content gets clicks, but just wait for it to come out. The live action shot of it landing is probably not the same moment in the series, it’s probably a Mars landing - and they’re probably doing a better job of differentiating Mars in the show than the anime did, which I applaud - in flying

I keep getting the notion that hardcore Bebop fans are insufferable knobs.

As a non-Chinese Asian person myself, I’ll be honest and say I don’t really know how I feel about this. Apparently in Mexico, “Chinese” just blanket-refers to every Asian person regardless of their particular true Asian ethnicity. I’m Vietnamese, and I’ve had Spanish speakers endearingly refer to me as “el Chinito”,

A Short Hike is the perfect Sunday morning type of game. Very chill, relaxing, and can be completed (100%) in 2-3 hours, and you’ll enjoy every minute of it. Nothing feels like a chore, but an absolute joy. Played it on PC, then bought it on Switch and beat it again that same day. My sons liked what they saw, and all
