So many people talking about getting banned. I’m curious as I have yet to buy GTA5, (need to upgrade my dinosaur of a system) are people getting banned from GTA online while playing offline? Seems to me there are three ways this could be going down.

You would think Rockstar would have learnt a lesson about leaving unused code in a game.

While I’m excited about this device and what it means for the future of computing, I’m not quite ready to jump in head first. When the models get stream lined a bit, I’ll take the plunge.

An Oculus Rift has to be physically tethered to a computer. The HoloLens is a computer. They are very different devices for very different markets.

Initially it didn’t work for me, so I went into the google app on my phone, set up those little card things, and then it did work. XD

Ugh. Why? I get that the gear could be a nice addition, but I would have actually been excited to be able to scale MY level down to the dungeon. On my main server I have all classes between 93 and 100, so to recruit and play with any of my friends, I have to roll new toons on a new server, and forsake the 11 others…

Hey, thanks for that link. I got all excited about this game and forgot to google it. Looks like their minimum CPU is a Q6600, and the rest of their specs are pretty forgiving. I’ve run plenty of “quad core required” games on this system with good framerates, and in fact a lot of them run with a graphics pretty close…

So I need a new system, no doubt about that. But is there any chance in hell this will run on an old E8400 w/ 4 gigs of memory and 2x 560TIs?
