Like most people, I absolutely hate the tile interface and never use it. It's so limiting as it makes you feel like you can only do one thing. The active app is all you see. The name of the product is WINDOWS, not "SINGLE TILE".

Ummm as a constant business traveler I absolutely would avoid airlines that allow in flight calls. It is one of the few times I can sit back, relax, and be unreachable.

I don't think they are too harsh at all. DDoS attacks cost businesses billions and are difficult to deal with. Maybe next time you shouldn't participate in a DDoS attack and you won't run into this problem.
