*EDIT* (Nothing against you personally, just a counter point)

The first Dying Light is IMO the greatest zombie game ever made. I can hardly wait for the sequel.

I’ve heard of it, I’ll have to check it out. My guess is it’s PC only? I generally don’t game on PC, but since more and more games support controllers, I’m willing to give PC games a bit more of a chance.

I’ll have to check, I know I own the game, probably on disc. I don’t recall how prevalent digital PC games were back then, or if they were even a thing yet. I've never been much of a PC gamer, but Hellgate was one of the few that looked so good I had to try.

I love HZD, less so BotW. I also hope they don’t do the same thing again and release them so close to each other.

I can’t watch the trailer yet due to my spotty cell reception. I look forward to watching this when I get home.

I don’t even care about cars and trucks, I just followed the link to see an engine explode.

Now playing

Max Schaefer hasn’t had the best of luck after leaving Blizzard. I wanted to love Hellgate London so much, but it wasn’t very good. I’d love to see it ported to modern consoles though just for the hell of it. The premise of the game was awesome, and it still has one of my favorite reveal trailers ever, even if it was

I won a Switch copy of Torchlight 3 from a contest on Destructoid. I played it for about 15 minutes, then went back to playing Torchlight 2.

Hmm, why does this seem oddly familiar?

Ive never got around to using my Steam Controller. I bought it for $5 during a time I no longer had a PC and didn’t intend on buying another.

Ive been saying this for years, but a game combining the best parts of NMS and ME would be the best Sci-Fi game ever!

Wow, over $1,000 a day, so we’ll over a quarter of a million dollars a year just from ads. That a nice chunk of money.

I know the feeling, I’m still dreaming of a Skies of Arcadia sequel, full remake, or at least a Switch port.

I tried the demo, and its fun, but Mirror’s Edge is much better.

I agree, it also doesn’t hurt that runs in Dead Cells and Hades are much quicker. Well, I’m not entirely sure about Hades as I haven’t beat it yet, but I did at least make it to the final boss in Dead Cells.

Exactly!

Yes, and the RNG element increasingly screws the player. Before I stopped, I was getting 3 lockdown rooms in nearly every run, and they were usually one after the other. That’s not counting the yellow challenge room.

Yeah, I no longer have the free time to put countless hours into a game to Git Gud. I realize every game or genre isn’t for anyone, but the things people are asking for wouldn’t break the game in any way for the purists as they could just skip it.

I will say Hades isn’t as bad, nor is Dead Cells, but the repetition still sets in rather quick for me.
