From childhood, none, as they’re either still full playable, or dated genres I no longer care about like side scrolling beat em ups.

That would have been great to experience in the game, but I gave up.

Ah, I see. I thought I had read that, possibly didn’t finish it or didn’t recall that part.

I say this is just a ploy to take some heat of the transmog system.

Oh, here’s one of those ‘Git Gud' players now. 🙄

I really don’t see BioWare as the ones wanting a GaaS game. EA is already known for meddling into its games, wanting a steady stream of MTX revenue.

Yeah, it wasn’t perfect, but I was a bit gutted when it was announced EA canned Anthem 2.0.

Does it show any promise of being like the cinematic when the game launches? The one with the cool looking winged creature?

If I had to choose between Outriders and Anthem, even knowing what I do of Anthem, I’d still choose Anthem. At least Anthem offered something unique with the flying and aerial combat. It’s not used much in games.

That one also looked interesting. I may give that a try as well.

Yeah, numbered sequels make sense for sure, even if it’s an easy out.

This looks interesting, and I’m not even a Pokémon fan. I just remember playing this and another 2 player Pokémon battle game with my younger siblings on the N64.

Console port please?

I haven’t finished Hades, I bought it due to all its praise. Like Dead Cells, I enjoy the gameplay and Hades has some genuinely likable writing. But it’s still not enough to get me to constantly restart over and over again. I may finish it, but eventually I get bored of restarting.

I don’t mind the scanning, I actually rather enjoy that in games, but I know it’s not for everyone.

Im definitely not a fan of roguelike games, and I'm not usually fond of procedural generation either. That said, I've enjoyed most of Housemarque's games, so I'll give it a shot. Renting it first of course, if I like it enough to stick with it for more than a few hours I'll buy it. Otherwise I'll just send it back and

I finally ditched Destiny for good last year. I still have to finish the Division 2 and Ghost Recon Breakpoint, but I dont treat those the same as Destiny. Destiny took FOMO to all new extremes. I can go back to the others because I just treat them as regular co-op games that just require an always online connection.

Lets not forget Nintendo’s demos that have a set amount of times in can be played. That shit is equally annoying.

I’m actually surprised Dead Cells showed up.

Damnit! I love Hot Shots Gold and would love it on my phone free from IAP. Go figure, I finally ditch Apple for Android. 😑
