Pictures taken by paparazzi of celebrities WITHOUT their consent are okay for Jezebel/Gawker to use, and it doesn't matter that the person in question is going through a hard time.

But pictures taken by a woman WITH her consent, and VOLUNTARILY shared PUBLICLY by HERSELF are not okay to use…

So I take it Gawker/Jezebel is preparing its list of apologies to people whose photos it used similarly? When are John Hamm, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Winehouse, etc. going to get their apologies?
