But reading the linked article about how some people find it problematic annoys me a lot.
Why do some white people always have to make it about themselves? This is basically the same as MRAs turning conversations about feminism to “men’s rights”.…

This is anecdotal but I find that some minorities try to degrade and belittle other minorities as a way of improving their standing in the eyes of the White establishment. It’s like they’re saying “See, my race/ethnic group isn’t like those lazy, greedy, stupid other minorities. We feel your pain white people!”
