It's not the best Final Fantasy, but I remember loving this game a lot... mostly the characters. It was linear, but still deep! Fantastic oddball story, and great ending! (ruined by X-2)

Well from all I have seen, it looks like a fresh expansion on the underrated original... so I wouldn't be too harsh... this is only game number 2 in the series after all.
