I personally dislike when a woman identifies herself as Mrs. Husband's Full Name. Like Demi's twitter handle and now MrsScottBaio. It's like their whole identity stems from their husbands. (Now, if Ashton had been MriMoore while hers was MrsKutcher, that would be funny...)

I think (hope?) cassiebear is referring to this statement:

I'm actually very curious about the compensation that MTV gives Teen Mom/Pregnant & 16 "stars." With the money the shows rake in for the network, they deserve something. But as Clare116 said, if it altered the environment, it would be less "reality." I've heard theories of college funds for the kids and what not...but

I get that, but it was an extremely judgy joke. =/

I'm sure the amount she spends on the quality drug store eyeliner and hair dye would totally make a difference in her housing arrangement. If she stopped using the products, she might have an extra $30 a year (give or take) to use toward a better home!

I recently met someone online, and I was super paranoid about it. I actually gave my mother the name and number of who I was meeting...it's a far cry from when I was a teenager, and I did almost everything in my power to prevent her from knowing anything about my beaus. ;)

I refuse to be shocked by anything Santorum or anyone on his staff says. I just know to expect the worst, cringe-worthy things to be spewed from their mouths/pens.

I am resisting the urge to go adopt a new kitten. Must...resist...

I agree. It was removed off of my DVR list after the last episode.

My cat does that when she looks at herself in the mirror.

It's probably a good thing she was fired if she couldn't (a) spell and (b) use spell check.

I disagree. Nip/Tuck started sucking long before Glee was around.

Who else really wishes we had pics of the costumes? Especially hers! Good/Bad/Ugly anyone? (Who am I kidding? At this party, it'd probably all be Good!)

Wow...that stinks. :( Out of curiosity, what are the expenses for it? (I'll ask my B-I-L later, to see how they differ.)

He could, but they don't really want to borrow money. They've been saving up, but they had some issues with layoffs/underemployment/trying to sell a house. Those all took priority, along with saving up an emergency fund, for obvious reasons. Things are looking up, however, and they think they'll have the spare cash

My brother-in-law has lived in the States since he was a child. He's English by birth and citizenship, but he was so young when he moved, he has an American accent (and is extremely patriotic).

But if the car radio station was on a rap station, wouldn't that mean the driver/owner likes rap? So there again, not racist, right?

I'm with you...I love salads. Grilled chicken caeser salads especially. Yum!

On a semi-unrelated note, I was listening to Veronica Mars episodes during work today (I have it on as background noise...I'm still productive, I swear!), and I heard a reference to Rick Santorum. I thought it was amusing. :p

Oh, imagine how much better even the Meyer version of Twilight would be if someone talented like KBell were to be in it! She'd be able to pull even the most mediocre dialogue off and make it sound adorable. (We'd also need a talented, and better looking, actor to play Edward...)
